  REFUND POLICY
 

Every CINQ product has a 30-day period from the time of purchase during which you can return the product for any reason. We MUST be contacted within that initial 30-day post-purchase period for an ‘Return Merchandise Authorization’(RMA) to be issued. Nothing can be shipped to us without an RMA being obtained in advance. All originally supplied product, components, and accessories need to be returned in as-new condition.

The following exceptions apply to this policy:
• Problems that result from external causes such as accident, abuse or misuse
• Usage that is not in accordance with CINQ product instructions
• Products that are used outside of North America (i.e. U.S. and Canada)
• Products with missing or altered serial numbers
• Products which have had their housings opened or otherwise tampered with
• Problems caused by using third party accessories, parts, or components

This policy applies only to the original buyer of the product from Sideline Inc. For our web store orders that buyer would be the end user. For retail store items, that buyer would be the retail store. Sideline’s retailers set their own return policies.Contact support@sidelineinc.com to begin.

 
   
   
  LIMITED WARRANTY
 

Every product we manufacture can be immediately replaced or repaired if it fails to perform as advertised during the one-year period following the date of purchase. We MUST be contacted for an RMA to be issued. Nothing can be shipped to us without an RMA being obtained in advance. The defective product will be shipped to us for repair or replacement.

The following exceptions apply to this policy:

  Privacy policy
 

Sideline Inc. will collect and securely store personal and payment information for purposes of processing and managing customer orders via our web site mycinq.com and sidelineinc.com. We will aggregate and use non-identifiable information from visitors and customers (such as isp, browser version, operating system, etc) to perform internal marketing analysis. We will never release any personally identifiable customer information to any third party, except in the case of a court order or subpoena. We will not use your information for any other purpose for which you, the Customer, have given us specific permission to do so. By providing us your contact phone number and email address, you are giving us permission to use those to communicate with you regarding your order(s) or the subsequent warranty, repair or support of the product or service.
