Every CINQ product has a 30-day period from the time of purchase during which you can return the product for any reason. We MUST be contacted within that initial 30-day post-purchase period for an ‘Return Merchandise Authorization’(RMA) to be issued. Nothing can be shipped to us without an RMA being obtained in advance. All originally supplied product, components, and accessories need to be returned in as-new condition.
The following exceptions apply to this policy:
• Problems that result from external causes such as accident, abuse or misuse
• Usage that is not in accordance with CINQ product instructions
• Products that are used outside of North America (i.e. U.S. and Canada)
• Products with missing or altered serial numbers
• Products which have had their housings opened or otherwise tampered with
• Problems caused by using third party accessories, parts, or components
This policy applies only to the original buyer of the product from Sideline Inc. For our web store orders that buyer would be the end user. For retail store items, that buyer would be the retail store. Sideline’s retailers set their own return policies.Contact support@sidelineinc.com to begin. |
